  The Blizzard Bash is a relaxing event typically held every January-February in Rockford, Michigan. It is a social gathering which includes a chili cook off and walk through the quaint town and along the Rouge River.  The Brrrner Blizzard Bash is typically at the Rockford Community Cabin, 220 North Monroe St, Rockford, MI from 11am - 3pm(ish). 

Every Spring we have our

Annual Membership Meeting. 

New officers are elected, Club business is discussed. There is a pot luck lunch and awards ceremony.

Every Summer we have an

Annual Picnic. 

It is a relaxed social event to spend time with friends and our Berners. 

In conjunction with the Monroe Kennel Club Dog Show, each fall the HMBMDC hosts a BMDCA Regional Specialty and holds a Supported Entry. This is located at the Monroe County Fairgrounds, Monroe MI.

The 2024 Dates are Sept 27- Sept 29.

Mid October the HMBMDC hosts 2 BMDCA Draft Tests.

NEW LOCATION

Cold Brook County Park, Climax, MI

HMBMDC Members participate in the annual Fantasy of Lights Parade in Howell MI, the day after Thanksgiving. 

The HMBMDC Annual Holiday Party is held every December.
